Shodair Children’s Hospital is seeking a dependable Security Worker to help maintain a safe, secure, and well-functioning campus. This role supports both the security and maintenance of hospital grounds and facilities while contributing to a safe, trauma-informed environment of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site campus security and assist visitors.
- Serve as first contact for emergency responders.
- Support staff and patient safety during shift changes and high-acuity events.
- Operate snow removal and hospital equipment as needed.
- Complete preventive maintenance, testing, and documentation of equipment.
- Assist with new hire badging, video monitoring, and other department tasks.
- Communicate and document security activities for leadership and staff.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid Montana driver’s license.
- Ability to become CPR and CPI certified (training provided).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Security experience is preferred.
