We’re hiring: Resinous Flooring Installers
Shock Epoxy Coatings, LLC is looking for two dependable, experienced installers to join our growing team.
📍 Based in Macedon, NY | Projects throughout the Greater Rochester area
💵 $22–$32 per hour, based on experience
🔨 Full-time | Paid time off and paid holidays
Our residential and commercial projects include decorative flake, quartz, metallic epoxy, solid-color coatings, grind and seal, polished concrete, and urethane cement flooring.
What you’ll do:
• Prepare concrete using floor grinders, hand grinders, and shot blasters.
• Repair cracks and surface imperfections.
• Mix and install coatings and flooring systems.
• Keep equipment maintained and jobsites clean and organized.
• Work alongside our installation leads to deliver quality results.
We’re looking for someone with hands-on flooring or concrete coatings experience who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and wants to build a long-term future with a growing company.
