Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Procurement to lead our procurement
operations across multiple manufacturing sites. This role is responsible for developing and
executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, optimizing costs, and ensuring
the timely delivery of materials and services critical to production. The ideal candidate will bring
deep expertise in procurement within a manufacturing environment, strong leadership skills,
and a passion for operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and manufacturing needs
- Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals across multiple locations
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost- effectiveness
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to maximize value
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and engineering teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
- Implement procurement systems and tools to improve efficiency and transparency
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement function
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related
- field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Director of Procurement in a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of managing multi-site procurement operations
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of global sourcing, logistics, and supplier risk management
- Certification such as CPSM, CPM, or APICS is a plus
