Job Summary
The Quality Support Specialist provides administrative and technical support to the quality department to ensure products and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role is responsible for maintaining quality documentation, assisting with audits, tracking non-conformances, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Support Specialist works closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to help monitor compliance, streamline processes, and resolve quality-related issues.

Job Summary
The Quality Support Specialist provides administrative and technical support to the quality department to ensure products and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role is responsible for maintaining quality documentation, assisting with audits, tracking non-conformances, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Support Specialist works closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to help monitor compliance, streamline processes, and resolve quality-related issues.
Duties
- Support the FRR internal process by making sure all requirements are met before submission.
- Work Closely with the Customer Care Team to update and validate entry of FRR’s and current shipping status.
- Work closely with the shipping team to validate FRR’s are shipped timely.
- Work with the production team members daily to see which FRR’s are on schedule to be built.
- Support the Quality Engineers in the investigation process of returned material from the customer.
- Support the EV business by making sure quality tools are ready for use.
- Manage the daily logs for new EV projects that include serial numbers.
- Provide support of the Quality Alert Process.
- Support the Nonconformance process by administering and completing the required forms.
- Provide support in the MRB process by submitting FRR status reports to the team for review.
- Support Quality Systems Sr. Manager on additional Quality Projects that align to the business needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Familiar with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps is a plus.
- Experience in Quality Standards Requirements is a plus (ISO 9001:2015).
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
- Responsive and service-oriented
- Basic computer navigation and organizational skills.
- Be able to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.

- High School Graduate at a minimum
- Previous Quality Experience
- Must be able to stand, walk, push, bend and/or squat for 10 hours in a day.
- Must be able to lift up to 25-50 Ibs at a time.
- Regularly perform repetitive tasks
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
