We are hiring a Part-Time Medical Assistant to join our busy podiatry practice in Joplin. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Clinic Schedule
- MondayThursday: 7:30 AM 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Room patients and assist providers during procedures
- Take x-rays as directed (low-radiation system)
- Prepare and clean exam rooms; sterilize instruments per OSHA standards
- Accurately document patient care in the EHR
- Monitor patient flow and support efficient clinic operations
- Assist with other office duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Medical assistant training or experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinic
- Comfortable being on your feet most of the day and assisting patients physically
