Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to support our team by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across internal systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

·       Accurately enter data into internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets

·       Review, verify, and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness

·       Maintain and update records in a timely and organized manner

·       Identify and report data discrepancies or inconsistencies

·       Follow established data entry procedures and quality standards

·       Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

·       Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy benchmarks

·       Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity across departments

Required Qualifications

·       High school diploma or equivalent

·       Basic understanding of receiving and inventory processes preferred

·       Proven experience in data entry or administrative support preferred

·       Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications

·       Ability to type efficiently and accurately

·       Strong organizational and time-management skills

·       Ability to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

·       Prior experience working with CRM, HRIS, or accounting systems

·       Experience handling sensitive or confidential data

·       Basic reporting or spreadsheet formatting skills
