Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact directly with clients and City Managers to build positive relationships, through various communication channels
- Analysis of incoming orders and revisions received electronically
- Detailed data entry
- Follow-up with clients for additional information on their needs
- General administrative tasks (i.e., filing, directing phone calls, email correspondence)
- Communicate order information to internal and external teams
- Audit City Manager draft invoices
- Finalize the invoice.
- Ensure invoice is sent out accordingly

- Microsoft Outlook
- General computer skills

PREFERRED SKILLS
Microsoft Office Suite: the majority of responsibilities will be done in Outlook and Dynamics, in addition to Word and Excel. General computer skills, such as email correspondence and the ability to navigate online.
