What You'll Do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dish and kitchen area.
• Complete assigned prep lists accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with basic food preparation according to SHO recipes and standards.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Take ownership of BOH cleanliness standards.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, labeling, and rotating inventory.
• Remove trash and help maintain cleanliness throughout the BOH.
• Work collaboratively with the entire BOH team.

What We're Looking For

• Previous dishwasher or prep cook experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Willingness to assist with both dishwashing and food preparation.
• Basic knife skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, organized, and committed to maintaining a clean kitchen.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
