Full Job Description
Property Management Company is looking for an Administrative Assistant with prior Property Management office experience, a friendly personality and A Customer Service Skills.
The position is full time, Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with an hourly wage.
The ideal candidate should have efficient organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to answer phones and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities of our administrative staff include collecting and organizing rents for each month, familiarity with office equipment and programs such as MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook, photocopy machine, the ability to perform inventory for the office, file documents, prepare weekly reports, review and log property bills, keep accurate office logs, and other various clerical duties.
Section 8 housing/property management experience is preferred but not required.
