The Solution Architect will be able to identify the most appropriate and deployable SHL services and offerings that will advance customer value and solve presenting talent needs. They will proactively educate and develop an internal (i.e., SHL Sales) and external community across our solution offerings.

What You Will Be Doing
- Possesses the knowledge to present the SHL solution vision and strategy coherently and consistently across talent acquisition and talent management product and solution lines to respective customer audiences.
- Becomes the established authority on SHL’s solutions and engages subject matter experts as needed to present the full breadth of solution offerings.
- Assists new business, renewal, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Provides strategic guidance to and answers questions posed by SHL’s existing and prospective customers during the sales process.
- Actively participates in the solution planning process.
- Partners with internal stakeholders and experts to scope efforts, generate statements of work, and price deals.
- Contributes to the pitch, presentation, demonstration, and proof of concept of a customer solution.
- Contributes to RFI and RFP documentation and presentations for customers. Drives opportunities to close and provides the delivery team with customer context to assist deployment.
- Represents customer and market feedback internally to shape SHL's roadmap and the future of SHL’s solutions.
- Maintains knowledge of rivalrous solutions in the market.
- Escalates elaborate or strategic opportunities to other functions where required.
- Provides thought leadership, market knowledge, best practices, and SHL’s methodologies and policies with customers and prospects.
- I/O Psychology degree and/or talent assessment/management work experience required.
- Proven track record in Talent Management or Talent Acquisition, as either an internal practitioner or external consultant.
- Experience with defining a solution vision, proposing to clients, and writing proposals and statements of work.
- Has expertise and experience in consulting, program implementation, or project delivery.
- Has experience working with a sales/commercial cycle.
- Experience in customer-facing roles presenting and interacting with senior-level decision makers.
