RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities
- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
- Build strong relationships through communication and consistency
- Follow behavior support plans and safety guidelines
- Document progress and attend ongoing training
QUALIFICATIONS
- No previous experience required — training is provided
- Must be reliable, caring, and willing to learn
- Driver’s license preferred for travel to home/community visits
- Prior experience in DSP, education, ABA, or care work is a plus

- Pay: $22.00 – $40.00 per hour
- Hours: 1–40 per week
- Shifts: Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Overnight
