Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Project Delivery & Execution
- Oversee and drive multiple Rock Row projects simultaneously, from initial site work and utility infrastructure through vertical builds and final tenant handovers.
- Manage master project schedules to ensure critical paths align, scopes do not conflict, and milestones are hit on time.
- Proactively identify potential project bottlenecks or phasing conflicts and implement swift, creative solutions.
2. Partner & Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the primary, day-to-day point of contact for external partners, including joint-venture/capital partners, major anchor tenants, and municipal officials.
- Lead coordination between design teams (architects/engineers) and general contractors to ensure constructability and compliance with project vision.
- Maintain transparent, proactive communication across all stakeholder groups to manage expectations and keep projects aligned.
3. Budget, Cost & Contract Management
- Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost-to-complete forecasting.
- Review, negotiate, and administer contracts with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Ensure all projects are delivered with strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and budgetary constraints.

Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience successfully managing complex commercial construction projects (ideally large-scale mixed-use, retail, multi-family, or infrastructure).
- Multi-Project Capabilities: Proven ability to manage multiple distinct scopes of work or sub-projects concurrently without losing attention to detail.
- Stakeholder Savvy: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable dealing directly with institutional partners, corporate tenants, and city officials.
- Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency with modern construction project management and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar).
- Leadership Traits: A self-starter mentality with high accountability, strong negotiation skills, and a collaborative problem-solving approach.
