Responsibilities

• Process retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with confidence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and providing product demos when needed.
• Assist in merchandising efforts by organizing products on shelves, stocking inventory, and ensuring displays are attractive and inviting.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
• Support store operations by managing inventory levels, conducting stock checks, and participating in regular stocking routines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all customers, demonstrating strong communication skills and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or grocery store experience is preferred but not required; a passion for helping others is essential.
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills to accurately process transactions.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience is advantageous for those interested in growth opportunities.
