We’re seeking a highly experienced Cloud Technical Architect to provide end-to-end architectural leadership for enterprise applications, modernization programs, and cloud transformation initiatives. This role blends expertise in Azure Cloud, Java-based architecture, data engineering, hybrid integrations, and AI-driven design within secure enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and govern technical architecture across application, data, integration, and cloud layers.
Design scalable hybrid architectures spanning on-prem and Azure cloud.
Establish secure API/service frameworks using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, encryption, and compliance standards.
Architect modular applications leveraging Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs.
Build and optimize data pipelines, event-driven architectures, and integrations (Azure Data Lake, Event Hub, Kafka).
Collaborate with data engineering teams on data flow, governance, and retention architectures.
Evaluate and integrate AI/ML capabilities for automation, prediction, and personalization.
Ensure performance, scalability, and cost optimization of cloud workloads.
Align solutions with enterprise security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
Mentor engineering teams and lead design reviews for technical quality and long-term maintainability.
Required Skills & Experience:
10–15 years overall IT experience, including 5 years in architecture roles.
Hands-on expertise with Azure Cloud services (App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, Data Factory, Event Hub, Key Vault).
Strong foundation in Java, Spring Boot, REST-based integrations, and modern integration frameworks.
Proven experience building data pipelines and event/streaming architectures.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services preferred).
Deep understanding of enterprise security, identity management, and compliance frameworks.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership skills.
