At Shirley's Deals, our mission goes beyond retail. Every sale helps support cancer patients, children's programs, and community outreach throughout Kentucky and Southern Indiana. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, store lead who believes in the mission and can help lead by example.
Position Summary: The Store Lead helps oversee the daily operations while working beside the team. This role requires someone who is adaptable, dependable, productive, and willing to jump into any task needed to keep the store running smoothly. The ideal candidate leads with accountability, works hard along side the team, and helps create a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily store operations in fast-paced environment
- Assist with training, coaching, and supporting team members
- Lead by example with productivity, attitude, and work ethic
- Keep sales floor organized, stocked, clean, and customer-ready
- Help process donations quickly and efficiently
- Operate cash register as needed
- Handle difficult situations professionally and help solve them independently
- Communicate effectivly with higher management and team
- Help maintain store standards, policies, and procedures
- Step into different roles throughout the day
- Support the nonprofit mission through excellent customer service
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
