WHAT OUR SERVERS DO
Our Servers provide efficient and friendly service to Guests, ensuring a positive dining experience. You’ll take orders, deliver food and beverages, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
A SERVER’S DAY-TO-DAY
- Welcome Guests and ensure they are comfortable.
- Engage with Guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver items promptly.
- Provide menu knowledge, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate.
- Adhere to state liquor laws and park policies when serving alcoholic beverages.
- Ensure proper cash handling in accordance with company policy.
- Perform basic cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support food and beverage operations.
WHAT IT TAKES
- Minimum 18 years of age (or as required by state liquor laws).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass TIPs training and Food Handlers training within 30 days of hire.
- High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled in high school).
- Preferred: Previous serving or hospitality experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Typical entertainment and waterpark environment where you’ll walk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and may lift objects with some assistance. You’ll work outdoors in various weather conditions and remain highly alert throughout your shift.
