Role Description
The Logistics Supervisor plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, with a primary focus on fulfillment execution, inventory accuracy, and inbound receiving. This individual will bring their experience in logistics and fulfillment to work closely with our team of operations and warehouse professionals to ensure processes run efficiently and consistently meet client expectations.
This role is hands-on and collaborative, contributing to the execution and continuous improvement of warehouse workflows across picking, packing, receiving, and inventory management. You will help identify operational opportunities, support process improvements, and ensure a high standard of accuracy and performance in a fast-paced 3PL environment.
You will work alongside warehouse teams, operations leadership, and cross-functional partners to support a high-performing fulfillment operation and deliver a strong client experience.
Responsibilities
- Support daily fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, and shipping
- Oversee and assist with inbound receiving to ensure accurate and timely inventory intake
- Maintain strong inventory control through cycle counts and process adherence
- Monitor operational performance and help ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met
- Identify and help resolve issues related to orders, inventory, or workflow inefficiencies
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to improve processes and drive efficiency
- Support training and onboarding of team members on operational procedures and best practices
- Ensure proper organization, slotting, and inventory accuracy within the warehouse
- Coordinate with internal teams on inbound schedules and outbound priorities
- Promote a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fulfillment operations, distribution, logistics, or a 3PL environment
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment, inventory management, and receiving processes
- Comfortable working with WMS systems and operational workflows
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in eCommerce fulfillment is an asset
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is preferred

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
