Your Responsibilities Will Include: Bringing strong technical expertise and develop a thorough understanding of our data to drive insights in the areas of customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty through causal inference and experimentation methods. Contributing to organizational maturity in data storytelling and best-in-class ML and statistical approaches. Designing product experiments to test business hypotheses, apply rigorous statistical analyses, and interpret the results to draw impactful insights, and contribute to the data science roadmap and priorities within your area of ownership.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field, and a minimum of 4 years of industry experience.
- 4 years with exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis and testing, experiment design and model development, and knowledge of how to leverage these skills to solve complex business problems.
- Expertise in causal inference.
- Strong SQL skills
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with a data visualization tool.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-based environment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and embrace new technologies, applications, and solutions.
- Experience as a technical lead and a passion for mentoring.
