We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Pack & Ship Associate to join our team at our busy facility in the Allapattah/Wynwood area of Miami. In addition to packing and shipping services, we also offer luggage storage and e-bike rentals, making our location a one-stop solution for tourists and locals alike. As a Pack & Ship Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with packing, shipping, luggage storage, and e-bike rentals, ensuring a positive experience every time. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers by answering questions, guiding them through packing and shipping options, and ensuring satisfaction with every transaction. Pack & Ship Assistance: Help customers properly pack their items for shipment, using the appropriate materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc.). Ensure packages are secure, well-labeled, and ready for shipment. Shipping Documentation: Accurately fill out necessary shipping paperwork, including customs forms for international shipments, and assist customers with selecting shipping options (standard, express, international). Luggage Storage Assistance: Safely store customer luggage, ensuring proper labeling and quick retrieval upon customer request. Provide excellent customer service for those using luggage storage. E-Bike Rentals: Rent out e-bikes, ensuring customers have the proper helmets and safety instructions. Maintain the bikes and keep track of rental schedules. Inventory Management: Keep track of packing supplies (boxes, tape, labels, etc.), e-bike maintenance supplies, and luggage storage areas, ensuring everything is organized and readily available. Package Tracking: Assist customers in tracking their packages, provide updates on delivery statuses, and resolve any shipping-related issues. Cash Handling & Payments: Process payments for packing, shipping, luggage storage, and e-bike rentals using our point-of-sale system (POS). Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately. Shipping Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with shipping carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) for package pickups and deliveries. Ensure all packages are processed on time and according to carrier guidelines. Store Organization & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the packing and shipping area, luggage storage area, and e-bike rental space. Additional Duties: Assist with other in-store services as needed, such as customer support tasks and minor repairs or maintenance for e-bikes.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
