Retail Shipping - Customer Service (FedEx, UPS, DHL)

We’re hiring a Retail Associate to help customers, process transactions, and support daily store operations.

Responsibilities:

• Use computer systems for shipping tasks

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service

• Assist with shipping needs and solutions

• Keep the workspace clean and organized

• Handle additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills and quick learner

• Professional, customer‐focused attitude

• Comfortable in a fast‐paced environment

• Associate degree preferred

• Retail or register experience is a plus
