What You’ll Do:

As an RN Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of resident care, leading your team to success and ensuring the highest standards are met. Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a liaison between families and the care team, addressing concerns and building trust.
• Developing, implementing, and updating personalized care plans for residents.
• Supervising and mentoring nursing staff to uphold exceptional care standards.
• Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies.
• Collaborating with the Director of Nursing and Physicians to plan and optimize resident care.
• Performing detailed admission and discharge assessments.
• Reviewing and auditing care plan modifications for accuracy and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in PA.
• At least 1 years of experience in a healthcare facility or related setting.
• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing standards of care and best practices.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and leadership abilities.
