- To assist management / hour load of strength / conditioning program.
- Report to the head strength and conditioning coach for specific assignments designated by the head coach.
- Adhere to all rules and regulations mandated by Shippensburg University, the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC), and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
- Maintain required NCAA certification.
- Assist with coordinating, implementing, planning, and managing in-season and out-of-season player development and strength and conditioning including both team and individual programming.
- Attend team strength and conditioning sessions.
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring usage of Raider Athletics Performance Center.
- Assist with overseeing maintenance and cleanliness of Raider Athletics Performance Center including equipment.
- Annually, successfully complete First Aid and Safety and CPR certifications.
- Cooperate with athletic trainers to ensure student-athletes receive proper medical and physical training services.
- Ensure appropriate safety precautions are implemented and followed.
- Assist sports information staff with publicity efforts.
- Attend appropriate athletics department staff meetings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
