We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Office-Campus Student Housing Leasing Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and is comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
The Leasing Assistant will help prospective and current residents throughout the leasing process and provide excellent customer service to our student residents.
Responsibilities
- Respond to prospective residents by phone, email, and in person
- Provide information about available housing, amenities, pricing, and lease terms
- Schedule and conduct property tours
- Assist with leasing paperwork
- Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident events as needed
- Perform other housing and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Friendly, professional, and approachable personality
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn property-management software
- Previous leasing, property-management, sales, or customer-service experience is a plus
- Experience working with college students or in student housing is preferred but not required
The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with students, parents, and prospective residents. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are important.
Must be available for some evening and weekend hours, particularly during busy leasing periods.
