Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and guide them through the optical process with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Assist patients in scheduling appointments, verifying insurance details, and updating personal information accurately
- Educate patients on available vision services, treatment options, and pre-appointment preparations
- Answer patient inquiries promptly via phone or in person, providing clear and positive communication
- Maintain organized patient records in compliance with privacy regulations and clinic protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver an outstanding patient experience
Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a lively, positive attitude that puts patients at ease
