Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and guide them through the optical process with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Assist patients in scheduling appointments, verifying insurance details, and updating personal information accurately
• Educate patients on available vision services, treatment options, and pre-appointment preparations
• Answer patient inquiries promptly via phone or in person, providing clear and positive communication
• Maintain organized patient records in compliance with privacy regulations and clinic protocols
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver an outstanding patient experience

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a lively, positive attitude that puts patients at ease
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey information and instructions to diverse audiences
• Basic knowledge of healthcare procedures and familiarity with vision care terminology is preferred but not required
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Adaptability to handle changing priorities with energy and professionalism
