What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate (Inbound & Outbound) — Part-Time position at SHIPNINJA LLC?
This role covers both sides of our warehouse floor: inbounding new shipments and outbounding customer orders. You'll digitally check inventory in and out using your personal smartphone, ensuring everything is logged accurately and moves through the warehouse cleanly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive daily inbound shipments
- Scan and check in each item through our mobile app
- Confirm product details (SKU, size, quantity, condition)
- Label items and place them in assigned storage locations
- Pick orders from storage based on the outbound queue
- Package items securely for shipment
- Apply shipping labels and stage outbound packages by carrier
- Maintain accuracy and organization of both the inbound and outbound areas
- Communicate any discrepancies, damages, or delays
Schedule:
- 8 hours per day, 3 days per week (24 hours/week total)
- Monday through Friday — no weekends
- Specific days may shift week to week based on shipment and order volume; schedules will be confirmed in advance
- A flexible schedule and the ability to adapt to changes is required
Qualifications:
- Must have a reliable smartphone
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Flexible weekday availability
- Warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required
