Responsibilities
- Verify and document healthcare provider visits using electronic systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to EVV platforms, collaborating with IT support when necessary to resolve system glitches promptly.
Experience
- Must have computer skills
- Familiarity with Apple and Android devices
- Experience troubleshooting Safari and Google Chrome web browsers
- Knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and auto restoration techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
