Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using NCR POS
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately while handling cash responsibly.
- Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure quality standards are met and safety regulations are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining spaces, counters, and kitchen stations, adhering to food safety standards.
- Clear tables, bus tables as needed, and ensure a tidy environment for guests.
- Support food industry operations by managing time efficiently during busy periods to serve customers promptly and accurately.
