Product photography, production image manipulation work & compliance administration
Job Requirements:
SLR Product Photography Proficiency Required
We require competence with a standard SLR photographic tool. We use a Canon DSLR with a 4 light, product-on-table product lighting setup. You must understand field of view as it relates to shutter speed and aperture to create professional, sharp and in-focus product images.
Basic DSLR Product Photography and Adobe Photoshop Proficiency Required
We require competence with digital SLR cameras and studio light product photography workflow. Our media manipulation tool is Adobe Photoshop. We use this tool in the Windows environment - we do not use the Apple ecosystem environment in our office. All equipment is already in our mini photo studio office. You will be taking basic product photographs and then isolating product images from the background and creating minor edits to existing images for online digital images. This is NOT art or fashion work, this is consumer product workflow. Most images are gathered either from electronic scans or from product photo images taken in our warehouse. The focus of the work is production work moving from image to image throughout the day. 10 min per image is the goal. Workflow management is important. Everything we do is in sRGB space. We rarely work in the print CMYK space.
Photography Work Flow Office Administration
During down time when no images need to be taken or manipulated, we need you to understand google spreadsheets and be able to work within this tool. All of our workflow is scheduled and shared through this tool.

Job is:
M-F, 40 hours a week. No night or weekend work.

We are a company of about 50 people. Mostly warehouse staff and 30% office staff. We sell online and create all of our product listings for our online sales platform.
