Ship Shape Property Services is a growing cleaning company serving Rockport, Aransas Pass, and the Coastal Bend. We provide professional cleaning for private homes, offices, short-term rentals, and municipal buildings. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Cleaner, you’ll work on a variety of cleaning projects including residential houses, office spaces, short-term rental turnovers, and municipal facilities. Our goal is to provide high-quality, reliable cleaning services that keep every space “Ship Shape.”

Responsibilities:

• General house cleaning: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, tidying
• Bathroom cleaning: toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors, faucets, counters
• Kitchen cleaning: sinks, counters, appliance exteriors, microwaves, backsplashes
• Bedrooms & living spaces: dusting, making beds, wiping surfaces, trash removal
• Short-term rental turnovers: change linens, refresh spaces, ensure guest-ready setup
• Office & municipal cleaning: desks, counters, trash removal, floors, restrooms
• Optional add-on services (as requested): laundry, carpet/furniture shampooing, oven/refrigerator cleanouts, interior windows, patio cleaning

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to job sites in Rockport & Aransas Pass
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player with flexible availability
• No experience needed – training provided
