Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Guidance
- Great customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Direct vehicles safely into the tunnel wash
- Answer customer questions about car wash packages and services
Tunnel Operations Support
- Monitor vehicle spacing and alignment entering the tunnel
- Communicate with team members to maintain smooth flow and avoid backups
- Respond quickly to tunnel stoppages or equipment alerts
Site Maintenance & Cleanliness
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris
- Empty trash bins and restock towel stations
- Perform basic upkeep of wash equipment and report issues promptly
Team Collaboration
- Assist with end-of-day cleanup and closing procedures
- Support other team members during peak hours or special promotions
Schedule:
- Hours available up to 40 hours/week
- Weekday and weekend shifts
- Hours of operations are 7 am - 7 pm M-F, 8 am - 6 pm Sat, and 8 - 5 pm Sun
Position requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age
- Ability to work on your feet and outdoors for an extended period of time
- Ability to perform tasks including signaling to customers and maintaining cleanliness of the tunnel and the property
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain positive attitude, strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform manual tasks as required
