Pay & Schedule
- $15/hour during training (approx. 1–2 weeks)
- $16/hour after training
- $17/hour after 90-day probationary period
- Monthly incentive bonuses
- OFF Sundays & Mondays
- Tuesday - Saturday from 12PM - 6:15PM.

Qualifications
- Must live within 5-10 miles of store location (5325 S. Fort Apache Rd, Suite D).
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Punctual and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to function as a member of a team and independently
- Comfortable with computers, point-of-sale systems, and basic office software
- Previous retail, shipping, or U-Haul/vehicle rental experience preferred but not required

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Retail Associate (Part-Time) to join our team. This role involves working directly with customers, processing shipments, assisting with U-Haul rentals and returns, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting day-to-day operations. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, wants to learn multiple aspects of business operations, and is looking for growth.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in-store with shipping, packaging, and retail purchases
- Process payments for products, services, and U-Haul transactions
- Assist with U-Haul reservation management, equipment check-outs, and returns & perform all required tasks for vehicle check-outs and returns.
- Retrieve, sort, and check out packages for customers
- Answer customer questions regarding products and services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
- Support marketing and social media efforts, if applicable
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Participate in product/service training to stay knowledgeable
- Obtain Nevada Notary certification, book, and stamp within 60 days of hire date (fully reimbursed by management)
- Other duties as assigned by management
