We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automation Equipment Main Operator/Heat Sinks to join our manufacturing team.
Job Summary
The Automation Equipment Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and supporting automated production lines to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role includes basic troubleshooting, quality checks, and adherence to safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated production equipment and machinery
- Perform production tasks according to production plans and schedules
- Conduct first-level response to equipment alarms or malfunctions and report issues promptly
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety regulations
- Perform basic quality inspections and ensure product standards are met
- Record production data, equipment status, and operational logs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and teamwork
- Maintain 5S, safety, and environmental compliance on the production floor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing or automated production environments preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment operation skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to lift 70 lbs.
- Must be able to work both days and nights and up to 12 hours
Preferred Qualifications Experience with automated equipment, robotics, PLCs, or conveyor systems
- Manufacturing experience (automotive, electronics, battery, semiconductor, etc.)
- Basic troubleshooting or maintenance experience
- Forklift or equipment operation certification
- Basic English communication skills for reporting and collaboration
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Work in a manufacturing environment with noise, machinery, and industrial conditions

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
