Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Scheduler/Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 for our complex [e.g., EPC, Infrastructure, Manufacturing] projects. This role requires strong analytical skills to monitor project progress, identify critical paths, and proactively manage potential delays.
Duties
- Develop and maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and detailed project schedules in Primavera P6.
- Establish and maintain the Project Baseline Schedule and manage all subsequent change control processes.
- Perform periodic schedule updates, incorporating actual progress, resource consumption, and remaining work.
- Conduct Critical Path Analysis (CPA) and variance analysis to identify potential schedule risks and impacts.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Personnel to gather progress data and validate schedule logic.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports, S-Curves, and forecast completion dates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Develop Recovery Schedules and mitigation plans for delayed activities.
- Integrate cost and resource loading into the P6 schedule to monitor project financial performance and resource utilization.
- Support the project team in preparing documentation for potential time extension claims (Delay Analysis).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Managemetn, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 1years of experience in project planning and scheduling for large-scale projects
- Oracle Primavera P6 mandatory
- Deep understanding of scheduling methodologies, earned value management, and schedule risk analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical ability, and a meticulous attention to detail
Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
