Sales Planning & Analytics

- Develop frameworks for customer prioritization, prospect targeting, and account growth strategies
- Create and manage weekly sales reporting in Tableau, tracking performance against plan across revenue, volume, and margin
- Build a cost-to-serve model that goes beyond top-line margin to incorporate order frequency, delivery complexity, payment terms, returns, and sales time per account
- Own arrival forecasting and variance analysis, working closely with procurement to align inbound supply with customer demand
- Build and maintain unit cost forecasts across all species and specs, benchmarking against market commodity pricing
- Develop weekly reporting in Tableau comparing actual arrivals against plan by vessel, species, and volume
- Analyze vessel and fleet economics to determine cost per pound by boat, factoring in robot uptime, catch volume, species mix, and port logistics
- Track waste and shrink across the supply chain — from dock to customer — identifying where product is lost through processing, transit damage, short shelf life, or credit claims
- Support insource/outsource analysis and CAPEX decision-making across processing, distribution, and fleet investments
- Build ROI models for R&D projects, including revenue forecasting, opex modeling, risk analysis, and project timeline tracking
- Identify and implement process improvements across the sales and procurement ERP workflows
- Design and maintain dashboards for on-time delivery tracking, logistics performance, and procurement KPIs
- Create dynamic, self-serve reporting tools that enable the sales and ops teams to make faster decisions
- 2 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or operations — ideally from management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.) or a high-growth startup
- Exceptional analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Tableau or similar BI tools preferred
- Ability to build financial models, forecasts, and business cases from scratch
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Must be comfortable operating with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete data
- Hunger for high-intensity, high-quality, high-value work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can translate complex analysis into clear recommendations
- You thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and no two days look the same
- Understand that no job, no matter how big or small, is above any of us
