What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in-home, school, or clinic settings
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by your supervising BCBA
- Collect and track progress data to support each child’s goals
- Build trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Collaborate with a caring, supportive team that values your input and growth
- Maintain professionalism and positivity in every interaction
- Flexible Scheduling: Evening and weekend shifts available — ideal for those seeking consistent hours outside of the standard workday
- Paid Training and RBT Certification Assistance: We’ll help you get certified and continue developing your skills
