Duties

• Deliver tailored tutoring sessions to students across different age groups and skill levels, focusing on curriculum development and lesson planning.
• Utilize learning technology tools to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement.
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a respectful and productive environment for all learners.
• Support students with special education needs by implementing inclusive teaching practices and accommodations.
• Foster strong communication with students, parents, and colleagues to promote ongoing academic growth.
• Maintain detailed records of tutoring sessions, student progress, and lesson plans to ensure consistency and accountability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in tutoring, teaching, or classroom management, preferably with children or early childhood education backgrounds.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and learning technology tools.
• Experience working with students with diverse needs, including special education or preschool experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with students of all ages and backgrounds.
• Ability to manage classroom environments confidently while maintaining a positive and motivating atmosphere.
