We are looking to add passionate and energetic Infant and Toddler Teachers to join our early childhood education team! In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for our infants and toddlers, fostering their growth and development through innovative curriculum development and personalized child care. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for infants and toddlers
• Provide high-quality childcare by attending to each child's individual needs, including feeding, diapering, nap times, and sensory activities
• Help manage classroom environments effectively through positive behavior management strategies and consistent routines
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns
• Incorporate best practices in early childhood education, including literacy education, physical activity, and early intervention techniques
• Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain detailed records of child observations and incidents
• Maintain a safe classroom environment by adhering to health and safety standards such as first aid and CPR certification requirements

Experience

• Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is preferred but not required
• Classroom management experience that fosters positive behavior support and effective communication skills with children and families
• Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred, but we are willing to train. Additional credentials in childhood development or early childhood education are also excepted

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
