Description:Position OverviewSRCOG LLC DBA Shining Rock Golf Club is seeking a dependable, motivated, and team-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Seasonal Line Cook plays a critical role in delivering a high-quality food experience for our members and guests across daily dining, tournaments, private events, and special functions. This position requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Seasonal positions are defined as roles inside of our primary season of April 20th- October 19th 2026. Part Time Roles are roles that work less than 29 hours a week Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standardsSet up and stock assigned stations with necessary suppliesMaintain cleanliness and organization of workstation throughout shiftEnsure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standardsAssist with banquet and tournament food preparation as neededFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (ServSafe standards preferred)Properly store and label food items to maintain freshness and complianceAssist with receiving deliveries and rotating inventoryWork collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth serviceMaintain a professional attitude and appearance at all timesRequirements:QualificationsPrevious line cook or kitchen experience preferred (restaurant, club, or banquet environment)Strong understanding of basic cooking techniquesAbility to work efficiently under pressureTeam-oriented mindset with strong communication skillsFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
