Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive product demos and presentations for prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our roofing and exterior solutions.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities through effective account management.
- Identify potential leads through cold calling, lead generation activities, and networking to expand the customer base.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining profitability and fostering long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
- Manage territory operations efficiently by coordinating with technical teams for product installations or service delivery as needed.

Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales within the roofing or exterior construction industry is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, management, or business development roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales metrics.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities for engaging diverse clients.
