Important: This Is Hard, Detailed Work
Residential cleaning is physically demanding and requires attention to detail. You will be on your feet for extended periods, bending, reaching, lifting, scrubbing, vacuuming and mopping. Our customers expect their homes to be cleaned thoroughly, not just quickly.
This position is best suited for someone who takes pride in detailed work, works efficiently, and is comfortable with physically demanding cleaning.
Position Details
Pay: $15–$20 per hour
Service Area: Trumbull, Mahoning & Mercer Counties
Job Type: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Flexible availability based on your schedule and our customer bookings
What You'll Do
- Clean residential homes according to our professional cleaning standards
- Perform standard and deep cleaning services
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and other areas of the home
- Dust, vacuum, sweep and mop
- Clean bathrooms, showers, tubs, sinks and toilets
- Clean kitchen surfaces and appliances
- Pay close attention to detail throughout the home
- Provide professional and friendly service to every customer
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of professional residential cleaning experience
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Must provide your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment
- Reliable and dependable
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Must be comfortable entering and cleaning residential homes
- Must be able to communicate reliably with our team and customers

Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, dusting, and surface sanitation
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents and sanitation standards
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about their preferences and feedback
