We are looking for an ambitious self-motivated technician that wants to build a long term career within our company. As a technician, you will be responsible for performing all scheduled services as well as informing customers of additional service opportunities. Each day will be different, as you could and will be performing a different service everyday. You will be interacting with our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Window Washing
• Solar Panel Cleaning
• Artificial Turf Cleaning
• Screen Cleaning
• Window Track Cleaning
• Soft wash residential homes
• Pressure wash residential driveways
• Gutter Clean residential homes
• Educate customers on services
• Recommend additional services if applicable
• Maintain a clean work vehicle
• Keep your equipment in good working order
• Educate and answer our window cleaning technicians’ questions about pressure washing
• Learn how to use chemicals in a safe and effective manner
• Work quickly and efficiently
• Provide our customers with a world class experience

Abilities:

• Be able to lift 50 pounds
• Be comfortable with heights
• Be comfortable working on roofs and ladders
• Possess interpersonal skills to relate to customers and solve issues.
• Ability to sell on a consistent basis
• Ability to be persuasive with customers when necessary.
• Reliable and Self Motivated
• Be able to drive a trailer
• De able to drive manual transmission

Working Conditions:

• The job requires performing and selling of services related to window cleaning, pressure washing, and solar panel cleaning.
• The job environment is fast paced and results oriented.
• Be able to drive a company vehicle and possess a valid driver license.
• Must pass Drug test, Background check and Motor Vehicle check.

Future Growth

This job will be what you make of it. Since after a training period you will be getting paid a commission on every job you do, you have direct control over how much you make. An ambitious technician can easily earn upwards of $285/day with the potential to grow within the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
