The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Parker, CO on a part-time basis. This is an initial 3–6 month engagement with the potential to transition into a longer-term role based on mutual fit. This is an in-person position with flexible scheduling to support a healthy work-life balance.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, FBAs, etc.)
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles
- Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client goals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and insurance requirements
- Participate in parent/caregiver training and regular team meetings
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programming as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Current BCBA certification in good standing (required)
- Experience working with children and/or adults with autism spectrum disorder and related diagnoses
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Passion for ethical, compassionate, client-centered care
