Responsibilities
- Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to ensure all areas are clean and presentable.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and ready for use.
- Sanitate surfaces, restrooms, and common areas to maintain a healthy environment for clients and guests.
- Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques to remove stains and maintain appearance.
- Execute floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, and buffing floors to keep them in optimal condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and responding to requests promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety practices is a plus.
- Experience with hotel or residential cleaning is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
