Shine Residential Management is seeking a Lead Property Manager. - Communicating with property owners
- Communicating financial information to owners
- Accounting for owner funds
- Accounting for security deposits
- Preparing management agreements
- Preparing lease agreements
- Extending management and lease agreements
- Developing internal business systems
- Prospecting owners and onboarding new properties
- Documenting all communication and actions in management software
- Maintaining expert knowledge of property management rules and regulations at the local, state and federal level
- Showing available units
- Performing property condition reports: assessing and documenting property condition
- Processing tenant evictions and breaches of lease
- Developing and implementing new systems to improve client experience and business profitability
- Assisting Owners and Tenants with inquiries by proactively seeking out answers to questions/problems and providing solutions
- Maintaining records and reports for weekly presentations
- Training and managing a small, dedicated and enthusiastic staff
- Supervising day to day employee operations
- Resolving conflicts between company and Owners and Tenants
- Assisting with other Company employees with conflict resolution
- Managing social media: responding to reviews, posting available properties, developing new content
- Developing and monitoring marketing strategy and materials
- Tracking invoice payment and recording
- Cross training for all other positions in the Company
- Other duties as necessary for the success of the Company

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
