Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver smooth, efficient chairside assistance across all orthodontic procedures
- Anticipate the doctor’s needs and have treatment setups ready before they walk in
- Take accurate x-rays and complete digital iTero scans in under 7 minutes
- Handle impressions, model pouring, and basic lab work — including trimming retainers
- Log and track lab cases via Easy RX, ensuring everything is ready and organized
- Write detailed and timely clinical notes in WAVE
- Manage sterilization and keep all treatment areas clean and OSHA-compliant
- Educate patients on what to expect during and after treatment
- Take initiative with inventory, room setup, and supply ordering
