- Making outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses
- Re-engaging previous leads and customers
- Following up with older estimates and inquiries
- Sending and scheduling pre-written SMS campaigns
- Delivering marketing materials to targeted local businesses
- Distributing door hangers in specifically selected neighborhoods
- Introducing Shine to businesses and potential referral partners
- Keeping track of outreach and follow-ups
- Helping keep our lead pipeline active and organized
Who We're Looking For
You may be a good fit if you are:
- Friendly and comfortable talking to new people
- Confident enough to make cold calls or walk into a local business
- Dependable and able to work independently
