Window Cleaning Technician Benefits and Perks:
- Starting between $17-20 per hour, but with commissions and bonuses, Techs can make $35 per hour equivalents.
If you have the gift of sales, you can do VERY well! - Paid holidays.
- No work on Saturdays and most Sundays.
- Work comfortably and casually. Shine t-shirts, sweatshirts and polo shirts are all provided to you for free. And we provide all the equipment you’ll need too!
- Paid training – We do require an experienced window cleaner right now, but other areas of the Shine service model will be trained.
- Company vehicles is driven to the project sites, but you do need to have transportation to come for work, and occasionally to a project.
- Team-focused Shine culture as well as independent focus.
Window/Pressure Cleaning Technician Job Summary:
- Each morning, you’ll meet at Shine HQ to understand the day’s game plan.
- You’ll arrive at the jobs in our Shine vehicles to customers’ homes or businesses throughout the day and perform services.
- Engage with customers before and after work is complete to ensure we’re meeting their expectations.
- You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day and prepare for tomorrow.
Window Cleaning Technician Qualifications:
- Must like to work with people
- Must have reliable transportation and have a clean record.
- Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 50 pounds.
- Must not be afraid of heights. Ladder work will be required.
- Must like to work outside.
