Shine is a premium exterior cleaning company operating across Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and Raleigh. We specialize in window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, holiday lighting, and commercial maintenance. We are growing fast, we run on clear systems, and we promote almost exclusively from within. This is a small, accountable team with no corporate bureaucracy — what you do moves the business directly.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for the person who will own day-to-day operations for our Indianapolis / Raleigh market. This is the top operational seat in the market — you run the field. You own the schedule, the crews, the quality, and the customer experience, and you are accountable for the market hitting its production and efficiency targets. You report directly to ownership and have real autonomy to run your market like an operator, not a middle manager waiting on approvals.

This is a hands-on leadership role. In any given week you are building the schedule, solving a crew problem in the field, walking a commercial site, coaching a van lead, and reading the numbers to find the next point of efficiency. WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Daily field execution across all crews in your market — scheduling, dispatch, and routing in Housecall Pro
• Building the schedule to hit labor-revenue targets per van per day against a clear daily production standard
• Service quality and callback reduction — you set and enforce the Shine standard on every job
• Crew management: hiring, onboarding, training, and developing van leads and technicians
• Customer escalations and on-site issue resolution for residential and commercial accounts
• Fleet, equipment, and supply readiness across the market
• Market KPIs — revenue per man-hour, capacity utilization, callback rate, labor efficiency — and weekly reporting on them
• Holding the team accountable to standards and closing the gap between "good on paper" and "actually done"

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2 years managing a field-based, crew-driven, or route-based operation (exterior cleaning, landscaping, pest control, restoration, facilities, HVAC, home services, fleet/delivery, or similar)
• Proven ability to run daily operations and hold a team accountable to a standard
• Strong operational judgment — comfortable managing many moving parts in real time
• Numbers-literate — you can read a schedule, a labor report, and a KPI dashboard and act on them
• Tech-comfortable — Housecall Pro or similar field service software a plus (we will train the right person)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willing to be in the field — this is not a desk job
• A high-accountability operator who wants ownership of a market, not just a checklist

COMPENSATION & WHAT WE OFFER

• $55,000 - $75,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Performance bonus tied to market production and efficiency targets
