Shine N Dry services Fort Collins, Greeley, Windsor, Loveland, Johnstown, Berthoud, Wellington, and Timnath, Colorado. Our mission is to serve our friends and neighbors and make everyone - including employees - Raving Fans of our people, processes, and services.
We are looking for Part-Time & Full-Time carpet and hard floor surface cleaning technicians, and we are ready to train the right candidates. Shine N Dry provides a safe work environment, flexible scheduling, and competitive wages.
Knowledge/Skill Requirements
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Clean motor vehicle record, driver’s license, and insurable with reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 100 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable and hardworking.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Sales mentality and ability to communicate with customers regarding Shine N Dry services, processes, and procedures.
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and be a positive Shine N Dry team member.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform Shine N Dry duties safely, effectively, and with great care for customer belongings and home.
- Effectively and graciously present information to customers in one-on-one and small group settings.
- Always wear required safety gear and follow Shine N Dry procedures.
- Always report to work and customer jobs on time.
- Notify customers after each job to review Shine N Dry cleaning and answer customer questions. Notify management of any unusual findings or customer concerns.
- Must follow route assignment and practice safe driving.
- Must always maintain all Shine N Dry equipment and vehicles in clean and operating condition.
Compensation
- Paid training in a professional trade utilizing all Shine N Dry processes and procedures (2 - 4 weeks depending on experience).
- Competitive wages ($20-$25/hour) based on your effort/experience.
- We offer flexible scheduling.
