About the Role
This position focuses on converting high‑quality inbound leads from PPC ads, social media, website forms, and digital campaigns into scheduled, qualified patients. It’s a role built on speed, communication, follow‑up, and turning interest into booked treatment.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to new leads within minutes
- Contact patients from Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and website inquiries
- Qualify patients and book consultations
- Follow up on un scheduled or missed leads
- Educate patients on services and financing
- Track all leads in the CRM/PMS
- Collaborate with the front desk and management
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly conversion goals

- Dental field experience is required
- Strong phone presence and patient‑focused communication
- Comfortable with CRM systems and scheduling software
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented
- Able to follow scripts consistently
